Our process
Once you've filled out our enquiry form, our hassle-free process follows these four steps:
Survey
The first part of our process is to assess the size of your move. We’ll look at how far you are moving, how many items you need to shift, and how many vehicles we’ll need.
Quote
Once our survey has been completed, we'll send you a custom quote that’s both affordable, and based on your individual needs. We’ll also agree on a time and date for your move.
Pack
After all the details have been confirmed, we’ll get started on the packing! Our process has been carefully curated to ensure that your items don’t get damaged during any part of the move.
Transport / Store
Once everything is safe and secure in our removal fleet, we’ll hit the road. Depending on the package you’ve chosen, we’ll either head to your new location or to one of our secure storage units.
